Your whole pack,
one dashboard.

Scan the vaccination card instead of retyping it. Pupport reads the dates on your phone, files the page under the right dog, and counts down the steps for taking them abroad.

Pupport is a free iPhone app for keeping a dog's paperwork, weight history and travel preparation in one place, built for households with more than one dog. Documents are added by scanning them with the camera, and Apple's Vision text recognition reads the printed dates on the device, so a vaccination card does not have to be retyped. Each document is filed under a dog and a category, with presets for Vaccination, Passport, Medical Record, Insurance and Microchip, and any other category the owner types. Weight is recorded over time and shown as a chart with a dated history. The travel section carries checklists for five destinations, the European Union and EEA, the United Kingdom, the United States, Australia and Japan, covering ISO microchip sequencing, rabies vaccination timing, animal health certificates and tapeworm treatment, with each step counted against the chosen travel date and the tapeworm window measured in hours. Every checklist states that it is a general guide only and that current requirements must be verified with the destination's official government site and a vet, because the rules change and depend on the departure country and the animal's vaccination history. Pupport posts no notifications; a due date reaches the owner by being written into the calendar on request, through write-only access that cannot read the calendar back. The app contains no network code of any kind, no account, no server and no third-party software development kit, so nothing it holds leaves the phone. It runs on iPhone with iOS 17 or later and is free, with no subscription, no in-app purchase and no advertising.

What Can Pupport Do?

It holds the paperwork you only ever need when you cannot find it.

Scan it, do not type it

Point the camera at a vaccination card. Apple's text recognition runs on the phone, picks out the dates, and fills in the issue and next-due fields for you to check.

Vaccination, Passport, Medical Record, Insurance and Microchip come as presets, and the category field is free text, so anything your vet hands you has somewhere to go.

Weight over time

A chart and a dated list, so a slow drift is visible before the annual check-up finds it. Add a reading whenever the dog is on the scales.

Travel, step by step

Five destinations, each with its real sequence: the microchip before the rabies shot, the 21 day wait, the certificate window, the tapeworm dose.

Counted against your date

Pick the travel date and each step shows when its window opens and closes. The tapeworm treatment is measured in hours, because that is how the rule is written.

Into your calendar, on request

Tap Add to Calendar on a due date and it lands in your own calendar app. Pupport asks for write-only access, so it can put an event in and can never read what is already there.

More than one dog

The dashboard opens on the whole household, each dog with their breed, age, and whether anything is due. Adding the second dog is not an upgrade.

Nothing leaves the phone

No account, no server, no analytics, and no networking code in the app at all. Your dog's medical history stays where you put it.

Add a Dog, Scan a Page, Done

There is no sign-up step, because there is nothing to sign up to.

01

Add your dogs

Name, breed and date of birth. The dashboard then shows the whole household, with a green tick on the ones with nothing outstanding.

02

Scan the paperwork

Vaccination card, pet passport, vet notes, insurance. The scanner straightens the page, the text recognition reads the dates, and you confirm what it found.

03

Plan the trip

Choose a destination and a travel date. Each step of the checklist tells you when its window opens, and you tick off the ones already done.

Five Destinations, With The Timing Attached

These are starting points compiled from public government guidance, not a substitute for checking. Every checklist in the app says so at the top.

🇯🇵

Japan

A long lead time, laid out as dated steps rather than a wall of text

See It In Action

Plain lists and one chart. The app is a filing cabinet, and it looks like one on purpose.

What Pupport Won't Do

It is a filing cabinet with a calendar, and it is worth being clear about where that stops.

Tell you the rules are current

The checklists are a general guide only. Verify current requirements with the destination's official government site and your vet. Rules change, and they depend on where you are leaving from and on your dog's vaccination history.

Give veterinary advice

It stores what your vet wrote down and shows you the dates. It does not read a result, judge a weight, or tell you what to do about either.

Read every document perfectly

Printed vaccination cards scan well. Handwriting, faded ink and a stamp over the date are where text recognition struggles, so check what it found and correct it.

Nag you

There are no notifications in the app at all. A due date reaches you only if you send it to your calendar, and since calendar access is write-only, Pupport cannot see whether that event is still there.
