Terms of Service

1. Service Description

Negink is an AI-powered tattoo design generation application. Users can describe tattoo ideas, or upload a reference photo, and receive AI-generated design concepts, which can then be previewed on realistic body imagery. The app includes a free allowance of credits, with further credits available as one-time purchases.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Negink. By using the app, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

3. User Accounts

Negink uses anonymous device-based identification. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any activity that occurs through it.

4. Credits

• Free Users: Receive 3 lifetime credits for design generation
• Credit Packs: 10 credits for $1.99 (first purchase only), 30 for $9.99, 100 for $24.99, or 300 for $59.99

One credit is consumed each time a design is generated. Credits purchased in a pack do not expire and remain on the device until they are used.

Purchase Terms

• Credit packs are one-time purchases billed through the Apple App Store
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon purchase confirmation
• Credit packs do not renew and there is nothing to cancel
• Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store terms, not by Applestan

Legacy Subscriptions

Negink no longer sells subscriptions. Anyone who subscribed before version 2.0 keeps their existing plan, which continues to grant 100 credits per billing cycle and renews automatically until it is cancelled. Those credits do not roll over between billing cycles. Manage or cancel a legacy subscription in your Apple ID Account Settings.

5. AI-Generated Content

• All designs are generated by artificial intelligence and are provided for reference and inspiration purposes only
• Negink does not guarantee that generated designs are unique or not similar to existing tattoos or artwork
• You are responsible for verifying the originality of any design before permanent use
• We recommend consulting with a professional tattoo artist before getting any tattoo

6. Intellectual Property

• The Negink application, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by us
• AI-generated designs created through your use of the app are provided for your personal, non-commercial use
• You may share generated designs but may not sell, license, or commercially distribute them

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app to generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the app
• Circumvent any usage limits or security measures
• Use the app in any way that violates applicable laws

8. Disclaimers

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• That AI-generated designs will meet your expectations
• The accuracy, quality, or suitability of any generated content

Tattoos are permanent. Negink is not responsible for any decisions you make based on generated designs.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Negink shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

10. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue the app at any time
• Change pricing with reasonable notice
• Update these Terms at any time

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the app immediately, without notice, for any breach of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the app developer operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
