1. Service Description

Wallora is an AI-powered wall art generation application. Users can describe art ideas and receive AI-generated painting concepts in various styles with room preview environments. The app offers both free and premium subscription tiers.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Wallora. By using the app, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

3. User Accounts

Wallora uses anonymous device-based identification. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any activity that occurs through it.

4. Credits and Subscriptions

• Free Users: Receive 3 lifetime credits for art generation
• Premium Subscribers: Receive 100 credits per billing cycle

Credits are consumed when generating artwork. Unused credits do not roll over between billing cycles for subscribers.

Subscription Terms

• Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon purchase confirmation
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings

5. AI-Generated Content

• All artwork is generated by artificial intelligence and is provided for reference and inspiration purposes only
• Wallora does not guarantee that generated artwork is unique or not similar to existing art or paintings
• You are responsible for verifying the originality of any artwork before commercial use
• We recommend reviewing generated artwork carefully before printing or displaying

6. Intellectual Property

• The Wallora application, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by us
• AI-generated artwork created through your use of the app is provided for your personal, non-commercial use
• You may share generated artwork but may not sell, license, or commercially distribute them

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app to generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the app
• Circumvent any usage limits or security measures
• Use the app in any way that violates applicable laws

8. Disclaimers

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• That AI-generated artwork will meet your expectations
• The accuracy, quality, or suitability of any generated content

Wallora is not responsible for any decisions you make based on generated artwork, including printing or display choices.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wallora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

10. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue the app at any time
• Change pricing with reasonable notice
• Update these Terms at any time

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the app immediately, without notice, for any breach of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the app developer operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
