Nava makes it easy to create your perfect sound mix. Simply adjust the individual volume sliders for each noise color (White, Pink, Brown, Green) to blend them together. You can also add nature sounds on top by enabling them in the Nature Sounds section. Each element has its own volume control, giving you full creative freedom.

Yes! Nava works completely offline. All audio is generated locally on your device in real-time, so you don't need an internet connection. Use it on flights, in areas without signal, or anywhere you need calm.

To set up the sleep timer:

• Go to the Timer tab in the app
• Choose either a duration (e.g., 30 minutes, 1 hour) or set a specific stop time
• Press Start to begin the timer
• The audio will gradually fade out when the timer ends

The gentle fade-out ensures you won't be jarred awake by sudden silence.

Binaural beats are created when slightly different frequencies are played in each ear. Your brain perceives a third "beat" at the difference between the two frequencies. Nava offers four types:

• Delta (2Hz) - Deep sleep and relaxation
• Theta (6Hz) - Meditation and light sleep
• Alpha (10Hz) - Calm focus and relaxation
• Beta (20Hz) - Active focus and concentration

For best results, use headphones when listening to binaural beats.

To add a Nava widget:

• Long-press on your Home Screen until apps start wiggling
• Tap the + button in the top-left corner
• Search for "Nava" in the widget gallery
• Choose your preferred widget size
• Tap "Add Widget" and position it where you like

You can also add Nava widgets to your Lock Screen in iOS 16 and later.

Yes! Nava continues playing when you switch to other apps, lock your screen, or put your phone down. You can browse, read, work, or sleep while Nava provides your ambient soundscape.
